Lunch

A sandwich lunch will be provided on all full day training events. Please state on your learning contract if you have any specific dietary requirements.

What happens when people don't turn up for courses

Non-attendance continues to be a serious problem with up to 23% of applicants failing to appear for some courses.

All staff are courteously but firmly reminded that not to attend a course for which they have registered represents wastage - of other people’s time, of places which could have been taken up by colleagues who need them, of uneaten lunches, and of money where cancellation fees have to be paid to trainers. Cancellation charges will be introduced this year.
